MSE 483 - Intro/Reliability Engr
Probabilistic failure models and parameter estimation (maximum likelihood, Bayes techniques). Model identification and comparison, accelerated life tests, failure prediction, system reliability, preventive maintenance, and warranties. (See IE 483.) (RE) Prerequisite(s): IE 200, CBE 301, ECE 313, MATH 323, MSE 301, or STAT 251.
