ADPR 542 - Strategic Comm Management
Overview of leadership and management of goal-driven strategic communication in multiple contexts (e.g., for-profit, non-profit, agency). Examines theories and case studies to explore topics such as research and evaluation, issues management, message and channel strategies, project management, budgeting, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
